Create New Organisation

Register a new organisation/academy in the system. A unique org code will be auto-generated, and a SYSADMIN user will be created.

Organisation Name * Full name of the academy or organisation

Contact Email * (SYSADMIN Login) ⚠️ This email will be used for SYSADMIN login (no modifications)

Contact Phone Contact phone number

Address Physical address of the academy

A SYSADMIN user will be auto-created using the email address above.
Login will be: {email} + org_code + password

Administrator Password * Minimum 8 characters, must contain both letters and numbers

Confirm Password * Re-enter the password to confirm

Cancel

Org Code: A unique 4-character code will be auto-generated (e.g., "ABC1")
Admin Email: The contact email you enter will be used DIRECTLY for SYSADMIN login
Login Format: Email + Org Code + Password
Password Requirements: Minimum 8 characters with letters and numbers
Core Modules: All core modules will be automatically enabled
Organisation Status: Created as active by default
