Holiday Management
Configure organizational holidays, fetch state-specific public holidays, and manage the holiday calendar for your organization.
Holiday Calendar
The holiday calendar displays all configured holidays for your organization.
Fetching Public Holidays
Automatically import public holidays for your region:
Go to Fetch Holidays
Navigate to Attendance → Holidays → Fetch Holidays
Select Country
Choose your country (default: India).
Select State
Choose your state to get region-specific holidays.
Select Year
Choose the year for which to fetch holidays.
Fetch
Click Fetch Holidays to import.
Supported States (India)
Adding Custom Holidays
Add organization-specific holidays:

National
National holidays like Independence Day, Republic Day. Mandatory for all.
Regional
State-specific holidays. May vary by location.
Organization
Custom holidays specific to your academy.
Managing Holidays
Editing a Holiday
- Go to the Holiday Calendar
- Click on the holiday to edit
- Make changes
- Save
Deleting a Holiday
- Go to the Holiday Calendar
- Click on the holiday
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion
Deleting a holiday doesn't affect already approved leave requests that may have been planned around that holiday.
Holiday Impact on Leave
Holidays affect leave calculations:
- Leave requests spanning holidays may be adjusted
- Employees can see holidays in the leave application calendar
- Reports can exclude holidays from working day calculations
